The World Heritage Menu from High Coast and Kvarken Archipelago, planned by the wellknown chef Michael Björklund and served onboard the Wasa Express ferry in autumn 2016, is now available for all food lovers.
The project Spotlight High-Low Coast wanted to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the cross-border heritage site High Coast/Kvarken Archipelago by creating a menu that lets sustainably produced local ingredients and unique tastes from this region deliver a memorable culinary experience.
The menu composed by chef Michael Björklund was served during September and October 2016 onboard the Wasaline ferry sailing between Vaasa and Umeå, the region’s cross-border link.
The menu got a warm reception and now we have made it available in the comfort of your own kitchen here
We hope you enjoy your cooking and the genuine taste sensations à la Kvarken!
