Since 2023, Jukka Rauhala from Jakobstad has been leading Wirva Solutions, a company specializing in test automation and software testing solutions. Wirva Solutions provides its customers with expert, high-quality services to ensure the quality and functionality of their products. As a growing company, Wirva Solutions is actively seeking new customer projects.

– If a customer manufactures or designs their own product, we need to ensure that it works. The product could be an electronic device, software, or another mechanical product.

Wirva Solutions helps companies ensure the reliability and safety of their products, whether they are software or devices. Testing is an essential part of quality management, and automation enables the efficient execution of repetitive tests. In addition to serving the industrial sector, Wirva Solutions also works with financial and public sector clients developing products or software.

Ostrobothnian Mysticism and Modern Test Automation

The name Wirva Solutions was created after extensive consideration. The goal was to find a name that reflected Ostrobothnian mysticism and could be easily visualized as a logo. Eventually, inspiration was found in the word "virvatuli", which was adapted into Wirva Solutions.

– We thought about the name for a long time and brought the discussion almost all the way to the sauna, Rauhala laughs.

– We wanted the name to incorporate Ostrobothnian heritage and mysticism. Eventually, we settled on Wirva and added the word Solutions to represent our company’s testing solutions.

The entrepreneurial journey has not been without its challenges. Shaping the company’s message and vision into its own unique identity was a long process.

– In the early stages, it was probably nothing but challenges, but that’s part of entrepreneurship—there’s always a solution to be found.
