One of VASEK’s initiatives, the Attractive Vaasa Region project, targets higher education graduates all over Finland, aiming to bring them to the Vaasa region. Simultaneously, efforts to integrate current university students in Vaasa into the local workforce are being continued. 

“We connect students with companies, expanding their awareness of potential career paths here”, explains Maria Haglund, Project Manager, skilled workforce. With major investments on the horizon, attracting young talent early is essential for securing a committed workforce for the long term.
